Get to Know Right at Home

Initially founded in 1995 by former hospital administrator Allen Hager, Right at Home provides in-home care services to allow seniors and people with disabilities to retain as much independence and dignity as possible. Currently in 8 countries with over 600 locations operating, Right at Home is one of the largest home care franchises in the world.

Who Makes an Ideal Right at Home Franchisee?

People typically start their own Right at Home franchise once they've found success in their current job, but are wanting to apply their skills in a way that's more meaningful to them. We call this Success with Significance®, and it's a common trait among our franchisees.

Some of our owners come from a medical background. However, the majority come from a non-medical background unrelated to healthcare. Through Right at Home, we will help you leverage your passion for helping others through our outstanding training and ongoing support team. In the end, our goal is to help you build a business that makes a lasting impact on your community.
